Our reception room is two steps up, behind the sanctuary floor, with an adjoining kitchenette. It can hold six tables with ten guests apiece for a sit down affair. Chairs are provided.
We will be working with you toward hosting an efficient and comfortable reception, including setting up and tearing down of the buffet tables and chairs. Linens, compotes, and punch bowl are included with your rehearsal dinner or reception. Chafing dishes and china are optional.
You can bring recorded background music to be played over our sound system or hire the musicians of your choice. Our acoustics are phenominal.
You can bring your home made favorites, or hire a caterer. No alcohol is permitted in keeping with requirements of our city special use permit.
Garden flowers are available for your table decorations or chapel display when in season - for a personal touch by your friends and family.
Following your wedding, you may choose to hold your reception at our location.
Receptions can be sit down affairs for up to 60 guests.
Receptions can also be of the "open house" variety, where your guests are free to come in during a time frame of your choosing.Click here to read more.
Candle Lit Way Wedding Chapel isn't limited to weddings only. Our reception area will hold you and 60 of your closest friends for other events or meetings, where you can have the caterer of your choice bring in a meal.
